Clients have been banking with the same lender for many years for their home loan, not done via Kaya Finance. I did a rate review for him and advised that he should be getting 6.34% and gave him some tips on how to negotiate this with his lender’s customer retention team. That lender refuses to drop their rate despite that.
I proceed to refinance client away from that lender and manages to secure a rate that is 1.4% cheaper than his current rate and saved him $640 per month/ $7,656 per year. Excellent outcome for my clients!
